The entries for the Juried Show fall into two categories—two dimensional works in oil, acrylic, water media, colored pencil, pastels, pen and ink, pencil, collage and mixed media and three dimensional works like sculpture, carving, metalwork, ceramic or fabric sculpture. The judging will be announced on August 6,the night of the opening reception, from 6-8 p.m. There will be 3-4 winners in each category: 2-d or 3-d. For information, please contact Museum Staff.

You are invited to participate in the 4th Annual Harvest Festival and Arts & Crafts Fair. The Harvest Festival celebrates the Ready, Set, Grow! Pumpkin Growing contest. The Harvest Festival features: Southeast U.S./Regional, artistsans and crafters of all media types. Children’s Activities Live Music and Food vendors We expect a great crowd! There will certainly be something for everyone in the family. Eligible vendors: õ Artisans and crafters of all media types welcome – all items MUST be hand made by local, Southeast U.S./Regional, artists. · NO imported (non-U.S.) goods will be allowed. · NO wholesale to retail or resale items allowed · NO yard sale or flea market items allowed. õ Catalog/Direct Sales Independent Contractors (limited to display/demo & catalog orders only) õ Licensed Food Vendors õ Children’s Advocacy groups and community outreach and non-profit organizations Please submit photos and/or description of the types of items or services you will be selling or promoting. The RSG Festival Committee reserves the right to reject any work it feels inappropriate to this show.
